Terry Green on Grab Your Cleats

"Grab Your Cleats(GYC) is our ideal ministry model in the West Central Florida/ Greater Lakeland area. We are finding that the GYC program is filling major gaps allowing us to grow and sustain our ministry impact on campus for the long term. Not only are we seeing growth in our student attendance but we are connected to more churches than ever before. The GYC ministry model is making its way throughout the state of Florida and Georgia as additional staff in other areas are implementing the program. Not only are they seeing immediate results, but the GYC model allows our staff to grow the ministry more effectively. Grab Your Cleats helps to clarify ministry roles, raises the level of expectation and promotes excellence in the ministry happening on campus. By partnering with churches in our Church Adoption model, the needs on campus in our area will be better met and students will be in proximity of high level influencers from the community. We believe the success of our program is and always will be a result of God’s desire to see the West Central Florida/Greater Lakeland Area impacted for Jesus Christ."
